RCR order served to respondent RCR order served to respondent

I had filed RCR against my wife and meanwhile she has filed DV case against me. Court has order RCR (ex-parte as wife had not attended the court) in my favour where wife has been ordered to join me and continue married life. We have submitted RCR order copy in the court where my wife had filed DV case against me. Is this amount to order being served to wife or whether we need to send the copy of the order to my wife through my advocate?

Also as i have submitted the RCR order copy in the court where my wife has filed the DV case and it is more than 1 year since the RCR order has been issued and wife has not complied to join me for married life, can i file divorce case against her?

A.Dear Client,

If you win the RCR case and your spouse is no longer a part of you following the order passed under Sec.9 of HMA. 1955, you may be entitled to file for a divorce case after 12 months against your wife. This is the simplest benefit as a way to accrue to you through RCR. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps. However, in case you need any assistance to access justice in this regard you may contact our legal team along with relevant papers.
