Remote Nueral monitoring/ Voice to Skull Like Surveillance and Harassment Remote Nueral monitoring/ Voice to Skull Like Surveillance and Harassment

Greetings of the day,

If someone is undergoing electronic harassment in the form of remote neural monitoring or voice to skull and people are using it to exploit you and pass on the information thus obtained, what are your rights against them?
What evidence do you need to prove it?
Also, if the perpetrators are roping in people by brainwashing them and through other means, what are the consequences that they will have to face?
Has anyone been able to prove such cases in court before?
Also, does it come under cyber crime or not?
Thank you.

A.Dear client,

To answer all your questions, the crimes you have referred to usually amount to torture and come under the ambit of cyber crime.

Such cases in court are rare however not unheard of.

It is true that it can be difficult to collect evidence, but you still have the option to approach the police and file a complaint in police station. If you are denied for filing your complaint then press an application in office of superintendent of police, and if still fails then go to court and file an application under section 156(3) CR.P.C for filing your complaint against the matter.

Action can be thus taken and when the investigation and trial procedure concludes, the perpetrator will face consequences.

If the problem persists, consult an advocate.

Thank you
