Fake copyright strike and YouTube does not accept counter notification Fake copyright strike and YouTube does not accept counter notification

First of all, sorry for any typos, I'm using Google Translate.
My problem is the following, I received a fake strike on a YouTube video, I sent several counter-notifications and the YouTube system always refuses, it does not send my counter-notification to the complainant, because if I sent it, this false claimant would not be able to prove the copyright, because the video is mine, my original content.
But I need YouTube to send my counter-notification, can anyone guide me how I should write this counter-notification so that the YouTube system accepts it? I thank

A.Dear client,
YouTube has different requirements for what a counter-notification should contain based on the type of content the video concerned has. Therefore, here are the steps to find out these requirements as stated by GoogleHelp:-

1) Under Content identified in this video, click Actions Three-dot menu vertical and then Submit counter notification.

2) Read the counter notification requirements and check the boxes to confirm and then CONTINUE.

3) Enter your contact info and then CONTINUE.

4) Make sure you include your complete physical address and full legal name (usually a first and last name. Do not enter a company or channel name
.
5) Enter your rationale.

6) Clearly and concisely explain why you believe the removal of your content qualifies as a mistake or misidentification.

7) Review the statements and check the boxes to agree.

8) Enter your full legal name as your signature and then CONTINUE.

9) Click SUBMIT.

I hope this helped.

Thank you
