Compensation for land owners whose land comes under CRZ area

My land comes under a CRZ area. As a result of this notification, there are severe restrictions on land use , consequently the market value of this land has significantly reduced. Can I claim for compensation from the Government ?

Landowners whose lands come under Coastal Regulation Zone(CRZ) declared by Ministry of Environment cannot claim compensation under Section 24 (2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, if they had refused the compensation provided or appealed for higher compensation.
A Grievance Cell has been functioning in the Ministry of Environment and Forest to attend to the complaints of the public regarding forestry, environmental and wildlife matters etc. The main function of the Cell is to ensure timely redressal of public grievances by taking up the matter with the concerned authorities.
