Loans app - taken a loan from legend rupee

I have taken a loan from legend rupee but now I am unable pay that loan so please advice me that how escape from that and how to delete data from that loan apps
A.Unfortunately you are still liable because when you enter your data into that app you check a box agreeing to all the terms and conditions, and some of the most standard conditions that loan apps have is to repay loans
