A.dear client in your matter I guess that the term ST denotes Scheduled tribe. The Hindu Marriage Act is applicable throughout for every citizen of India who is a Hindu. Any custom or usage before the commencement of the Hindu Marriage Act 1954 ceases to have effect. Therefore, it is illegal to do 2nd marriage.
