My employer (pvt LTD company) told me to stay at home untill matter resolved. And took my office access card and laptop and also disabled my office email Id.

Few days ago I had escalated about company's CEO and HR to company's ethics committee. About how hr and CEO were mentally harrasing me to quit the job as the role is not as per discussed or designation mentioned in the appointment letter.

A.You can ask them to honour the terms of the employment agreement and let you go after full and final settlement. Send them a legal notice and then post that follow up with proper legal action.

i have escalated all the issues to Ethics community with office ID. Even after 15 days, the Ethics community has not come back with anything. and now they have deactivated my Office Email ID itself. and also took the Laptop which has some of the evidence.

Are they paying you your salary? If yes then just relax if not then take action.
