transfer of agricultural land on my death transfer of agricultural land on my death

Background: My wife ( age 66) had some land in her name in the past. one of my son has taken USA citizenship. My other son is a green card holder-USA.
Property: I hold agricultural farm land in my single name purchased by me some 10 years earlier. A VERY SMALL piece of land I inherited which is insignificant from sell point of view WHICH ALLOWED BE TO BUY THE LAND UNDER THIS QUESTION.
My fear: On my death it may be very difficult to transfer my land to my hairs who in turn have zero interest or capability to continue agriculture and will be keen to sell it.
Status: I am trying to sell the land as early as possible but may not be able to sell before my death ( some on going illness my age 67)
Question: What is the best option for me under these circumstances
