We separated since 2016. We have no contact between us. But from the 2019 year she filed case of 498a after that she filed an another case of maintenance. Recently she filed a new case on Domestic Violence.
Now how can I get free from all case.
Now I give her rs5000 as maintenance since 2019

A.Hello Clent,

You can file a discharge petition for your criminal cases. If you have enough proof that all the allegations she put on you are just to frame you and do not have proper ground then the court may grant your discharge petition.
Firstly, take bail for your Domestic Violence case.
