Fake loan harrasment

Good evening sir my wife's phone got automatic loan credit, we didn't even know but today after 6 days we got a call and told my wife very oppositely and talked to many streets we asked when did she take the loan then no answer give and started abusing, our data has also been accessed, sending nude photos, calling my whole family on WhatsApp and abusing, it has troubled me a lot, please help me sir

In the prevailing situation, on receipt of such type of threat and harassment over the phone from unidentified sources, you need to lodge a complaint in the local PS and Cyber Crime Cell giving the details of the caller. You may also lodge a complaint online to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP) which is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime. Pursue the matter with the Cyber Cell for early relief in the matter. You may consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
