We have power of attorney and sale deed notary with us but still we are unable to do anything. Please advice what to do to vacate our land from that stay order??

A.Dear client,

You do not receive the title to any property as a result of a power of attorney. In the event that a buyer purchases a property through a POA, the buyer is responsible for assuring themselves of the property's encumbrance status. You are currently dealing with the legal repercussions of such a mistake on your side. To overturn the court's stay or injunction order and regain vacant possession of your property, you must legally and wisely defend the case. Consult an advocate for advice and next steps.

A.Dear Client,
A Power of Attorney does not confer the title of any property upon you. In case of the purchase of any property through POA, Buyer should satisfy himself about the status of encumbrance of the property. You are now facing the legal consequences for such a lapse on your part. So you need to contest the case properly and wisely to vacate the stay or injunction order of the Court and get back the vacant possession of your property. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps
