Salary to scheme issue
This is to raise an issue that while appointing we weren't told us about sale targets and if we will not meet the target salary will be distributed as per the 2% scheme of the sale
A.Dear Client,
Review your appointment letter to understand the terms governing your relationship with the company. If it doesn't address the issue, legal action may be pursued for breach of employment contract terms. However, if the letter outlines conditions like salary tied to sales targets and you accepted them, you may be estopped from contesting this arrangement. If the appointment letter is silent, consider serving a legal notice, or seek redressal through the State Labour Commissioner's office or the Inspector under the Shops and Establishment Act for alleged unfair labor practices.
