Opinion request forBuying flat in diff survey no. of a gated community

Hello Sir/Madam,
Identified a resale flat in gated community (5 buildings/110 flats) it is in TWO survey numbers. Problem is in saledeed mentioned that flat is present in survey number 1 & 2 but UDS is allocated in the 2nd survey number, in reality flat exist in survey number 1, in E.C of doc its showing flat no. holds 53 yards in 2nd survey no., although owner name is showing in 1st survey no. also without UDS and flat number. shall I buy this? as owner already have SBI home loan.
