Escaped Cat from Boarding Facility
Hello, I run a boarding facility, and a cat escaped from it around 2:45 am on June 17th. We've made extensive efforts to find the cat but have been unsuccessful. Now, we are being harassed by the owner. Is it possible for this situation to escalate into a court case? We had no contracts signed regarding the cat's boarding, and no receipts were given. The arrangement was more of a favor. Please help me with this matter.
A.Dear client,
You have made it explicitly clear that there was no contractual agreement and this was more of a favour. If that is the case, this matter is less likely to escalate into a court case
