Maintenance from UK residing husband Maintenance from UK residing husband

My husband is currently residing and working in UK, from 2018. I have been abandoned in India with two minor daughters. He keeps no contact and gives no maintenance. Is is possible to get maintenance from him if I file a criminal case? If still he doesn't give maintenance, what can be done? As he is abroad, will he be sent back or how will he be arrested?.... Regards, Mrs. Pal
