I am willing to start a business in delivering alcohol online by acting as a middleman in uttarpradesh, i want to create a platform which help people to order alcohol from their homes, the process will be same as in physical world , i will ask them for proper documents . i will not personally sell the customer i will just direct them to liquor stores and give them a delivery boy to take the package.
Is this illegal? if My platform would not allow delivery near hospitals, schools etc
