A.Dear Client,
Once a debt is written off and the loan account is closed through a bipartite settlement arrived at between the Lender and borrower, it cannot be reopened demanding dues against the said foreclosed loan account. So reach out to an Advocate and show him the legal notice received and after going through the contents and reason behind the legal notice, he may suggest to you the next course of action required if any, in the matter.

A.Dear client,
Dont panic, All legal notices are issued under certain legal provisions and hence the next step is to find out under which provision of law the notice has been issued and this will give the information about its legal provisions and also the way to proceed further and how to move further. Further, don’t ever agree to any allegations. Please consult a skilled lawyer and ask him for further action
