Hi sir, I paid advance for 50000 as rent advance. The EB metre in my house property was working since 1st month I rented in. we notified that to owner on the 1st month and paid deposit amount on his EB consumer NO. and enquired in EB office. EB employee said only Owner can raise complain on EB meter issue. we stayed in that property for 15 months and reminded him many time about EB metre not functioning. Now i vaccated the property, we have now again informed EB about metere not functioning. they said u can pay mininum deposit amount of 2000 INR and as advance. other than thatonly owner can raise a complain. Now..we have also repainted the property and handed over the key. since EB metre was not working all these month. He is not returning my advance.
