A.Dear Client,
In case of default in repayment of Credit Card dues within the stipulated time as per the condition of repayment, Bank/NBFC takes the routine course of action permitted under relevant laws for recovery of dues lying outstanding against your Credit card loan. You can pray for some more time to settle the dues but cannot escape yourself from your liability of repayment of your loan for any reason whatsoever. You may apply to the higher authority of the Bank praying for time to negotiate the dues. In case the Bank sends a notice for repayment of dues lying against credit cards, reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
