Resigned in probation and company denying salary
10 months ago
I resigned in probation without serving notice period. I joined on 18 may and resigned on 22 June. They said may salary will be credited with June. Today on July 1 when I contacted them they are refusing to give any salary as I didn't serve notice period. They also didn't ask me to serve any while resigning and asked to surrender everything next day.
A.Dear client,
We would advise you to serve a legal notice to the company. If that does not work out, please file a complaint to the labour commissioner for unfair labour practice adopted by the company

A.Dear Client,
An employee or even probationer can tender his resignation from the service of a Company following the terms or contract of employment. If the terms of employment require advance notice for a certain period that varies from Company to Company for tendering resignation and on non-compliance or breach of said provision of the contract of employment by the employee, a Company can deny his relieving letter and F & F Settlement. So, go through the terms or contract of employment and if it appears to you that there is no breach on your part then serve a legal notice to the Company and file a complaint before the concerned Labour Commissioner against the Company for arbitrary and unfair labour practice to redress your grievance.
