there is no leagl document that money has been taken and whatever money has been taken has been lost because of the option trading calls given by the person who gave money to invest now harassing me to give his money back which i never asked to from her she herself gave the money at the same times because of the calls she gave i lost my money too which was invested in stocks i was scaried earlier because she said she will come to home and tell my parents that i lost money so i admitted that i will pay but im jobless and in the pressure of pay her i lost more money im in legal debt now actualy there is chat where she clearly agreed i lost money because of her she harrasing from diffrent diffrent number today i got a message from random number telling that she will take legal action
Please send the person a legal notice regarding it. If it still persists, please file a complaint under section 503 of IPC for criminal intimidation
