A.Dear client,
In general, when faced with a legal notice or the possibility of divorce, it is important to gather and maintain any relevant evidence or documentation that supports your claims or allegations. This could include records of incidents, communication, witnesses, or any other evidence that can substantiate your position. It's also important to document any instances of domestic abuse, harassment, or dowry-related issues, as this information may be valuable if legal proceedings are initiated.
To fully understand your rights and legal options, it is highly recommended to consult with a lawyer who specializes in family law or domestic issues. They can provide you with personalized advice based on the specific details of your situation and help guide you through the legal process.
Additionally, if you feel unsafe or threatened, it is important to consider your personal safety and seek support from local authorities, women's organizations, or helplines that specialize in providing assistance to individuals in abusive or challenging situations
