I had given 3 lakh to my friend ( bank manager ) in cash. Its more then 6 to 7 yrs, now he is not in mood to give it back. i had wrote him letter on whats up and called him regarding this many times. Each time he said he will return the money in installment but form past 8 months he is not picking the phone also.

A.Dear client,
Please send a legal notice to the borrower. Additionally, If the loan has not been repaid for more than 180 days, you are allowed to file a case against the borrower under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act of 1881.

A.Dear Client,
In the absence of any documentary proof behind the transaction of funds between you and your friend, you are not in a position to claim it back from your friend even through litigation. You may consult with an Advocate for guidance and for serving a legal notice to your friend claiming your money back from him,
