Again want to go on technical resignation. Again want to go on technical resignation.

Hello, Sir, I am presently working in University of Delhi as Senior Personal Assistant, Level-7 and joined this office on May, 2023. Previously I was working with Defence, as Stenographer, Level-4. I joined this new department on technical resignation and on lien.
My question is, my another joining in SSC is coming for the post of stenographer, level-4. Can I go back to my previous department and again from there can I go and join SSC department through technical resignation i.e. in short I want to apply for technical resignaiton again. I have searched a lot but didn't find any rulling for this situation. As the new job and previous job both are level-4 job, so it is highly beneficial for me to get technical resignation for pay protection.
I am leaving the present job, level-7 because of no future promotions, and nature of work.
Please guide me on this.

A.Dear client,

Generally, technical resignation allows an employee to resign from their current position to take up another position in a different organization, without losing certain benefits like pay protection or seniority. However, the specific rules regarding technical resignation may vary depending on the organization and the policies in place.

Here are a few points to consider:

Read your employment contract or service rules: Review the terms and conditions of your current employment contract or the relevant service rules to understand the provisions related to technical resignation, including the eligibility criteria and any limitations.

Consult your current employer: Discuss your intention to apply for technical resignation with your current employer or the appropriate department within the University of Delhi. They will be able to provide you with specific information regarding the feasibility and process for applying for technical resignation.

Contact SSC: Reach out to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) or the relevant authority conducting the recruitment process for the stenographer position. Inquire about their policies and procedures regarding technical resignation and whether it would be possible to apply for technical resignation after already having done so once before.

Seek legal advice: If you are unable to find specific information or if there are conflicting interpretations of the rules, consider seeking legal advice from a lawyer who specializes in employment or government service law. They will be able to analyze the specific rules and regulations applicable to your situation and provide you with accurate guidance.
