High court Indore stay in our recruitment process because of reservation exceed 50%.But the stay is given in this case after results and only joining is left I want to know it is challangelbe or not because pitisinor files the case after result not at the time of recruitment notification.
A.Dear Client,
When a petition is made for injunction or stay before the High Court after the declaration of result, it passes the order accordingly staying the pending process of recruitment. Until and unless the stay order is vacated by the Court, the process of recruitment shall be kept in abeyance, and in the absence of any cause of action, it is not challengable at the moment. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps when any cause of action arises.
