Non Indian security for an Apartment Building

I live in a small apartment. A non-indian security has been taken in the apartment. I am opposing this, as i would like to give preference to the Indians only. As we all know there are many unemployed people in India and we can employ someone from our country only. But not many are opposing this move. My opinion is that, if they take indian security i do not have any problem and i will also take my part for their salary. Please advise what are the options we can have to solve this.
Note: I am not against any individual or country. But would like to give preference to Indians.
