non Acceptance of resignation letter and non issue of experience certificate

Kindly help me
i am teaching in playschool from july 2022 & completed 1 year i.e on july 2023 Now i am leaving the school & school refuses me to give me experience certificate Said that session is start from april and end at march , and you have to continue till march 2024 to get 1 year experience certificate
Is it wright ?? kindly help me what should I do???
A.Dear Client,
Session of school has no role to play once a teacher tenders her/his resignation in compliance with the terms of the offer letter and completion of one year of service treating the date of joining the School. So, the stand taken by the Scholl behind the refusal of the experience certificate, will not hold good if the matter is litigated upon. You may serve a legal notice for the cause failing which you may visit the office of the Chief Inspector of Shops and Establishment and also the office of the concerned Labour Commissioner for making a complaint against the School Authority for arbitrary action and unfair labour practice to resolve your grievance.

You may get issue a strong legal notice and also approach the Police and see that they are bound to give experience certificate.
