A.Dear client,

Place of birth: The state or region where the child was born may be a relevant factor, but it is not necessarily determinative on its own.

Residence: The duration and continuity of residence in each location can play a significant role. Factors to consider include the length of time spent in each place, the purpose of the residence (e.g., education, employment, family), and the intention to make that place a permanent home.

Intent: The child's intent to establish a permanent home in a particular location is an important factor. This can be assessed through various means, such as maintaining a permanent address, owning or renting property, having family or social connections, and participating in community activities.

Family ties: The domicile of the child's parents can also influence their domicile. If the parents have a strong domicile in a particular location, it may have an impact on the child's domicile.

It's worth noting that the laws and regulations regarding domicile can vary between jurisdictions. Therefore, it is better to note intent of the child as well and consider consulting a legal professional in this field
