My Paytm posped account was hack in 29 September 2022 . 40000 debit from my Paytm posped account. I made a complain on Paytm and cyber cell. They says not to deposit amount until investigation is going on. Sir know it effected my cibil score what can I do tell me
A.Dear Client,
Once an account is hacked and reported to the Ciber Crime Cell of the Police Station, until and unless it is proved through investigation by Cyber Cell that the account was hacked for dereliction or deficiency on your part, it will not affect your CIBIL record and in absence of any such investigation report, the concerned FI/Paytm cannot take any action in the matter. So pursue the matter with the Cyber Cell for an earliest resolution in the matter.
