WRIT A shall get void after the promotion of the petitioner.

I filed a WRIT petition in the honourable Allahabad High Court against the biased recomputation of the DPC. The subject DPC committee member had violated several DOPT guidelines and wrongly interpreted its promotion policy because earlier I pointed out a blunder in the work of One of the members of the DPC. My WRIT is pending to decide meanwhile I have been got promoted in subsequent DPC. Can I use the subject WRIT for the reckoning of my seniority from the disputed DPC?

You cannot do anything related to the writ till it is completely disposed off. We would advise you to wait till the case is over and then only take further steps
