Online Data entry Job

I got a online data entry job. They took my aadhar, photo & sign and created a online document for the job. The job is to type 1200 entries in 12 days. I entered on 26 June, 2023. After the work on next day, I said I quit because there is no understanding of spaces in it & the difference of letters is hard ( like l(small "L") & I(capital "I"). The job document says if I can't complete the entries or quit I have to pay Rs.3900, but if I quit before 24 hours of registration I have to pay Rs.1500.
I quit the job before 24 hours and messaged the consultant who hired me about it. The consultant saw my message and didn't respond, now after all these days later they're calling and asking me to pay the 3900. They're saying they're the legal team & lawyer & saying they'll file FIR on IPC 420 & I I have to pay 35000 in court, if I fail to pay now.
I told them I said I quit and none respond me and now they're coming to me after waiting for deadline.
I need some advice here

if there was no provision in your contract of employment about serving notice period or working for a fixed duration of time, you can quit whenever. They cannot harass you. Please file a complaint before the labour commissioner
