1.Is it safe to buy dc converted plots?
2. Is manual khata legit?
I am planning to buy a site near dodda aladamara land owner and broker is telling that we will get manual khata as doing e khata for any sale deeds has been stopped (khata will be done only if sale deed is before 2013) since BBMP is extending limits only manual khata(individual if I purchase)will be issued.
3. Is it true that authorities(panchayats)has stopped doing e khatas ?
