My matternal uncle is living and occupying
my property since 10 years and got a electric connection in his name without my permission or ownership document, i am the owner and i have all valid deed, tax receipt, can i disconnect the electric line??

Further, it may be noted that other than the Owner of the building, nobody can apply and be allowed an electric connection, So you can make an application under RTI Act, 2005 to the concerned Electricity Authority seeking information with regard to how a connection is allowed to a person other than the owner. Further, according to the law of adverse possession, if a person continues to be in possession of a property for 12 years without any interruption from the owner, he gets ownership rights to the property.
