Person has done fraud and I have all the transaction proof

What can I do when I had files a fir about 420 the police says that the person who has done fraud with me has finished all you money and the police has not done a singal action but I had proof and call recording which I have submitted to police and they are say that the person is outside the place but she is at home only

Atleast if charge sheet is filed the Accused has to appear before the Court and you can bring all the evidences which are with you by appointing another private advocate. Otherwise if Police file B Report that is no case report then you can file objections to such B Report and continue criminal case against the Accused through your private advocate.

You can bring the matter to the notice of higher authority for necessary action failing which you can file a criminal suit against the person u/s.420 IPC before the Criminal Court praying for an order directing the concerned Police Station to register FIR against the person and for investigation. Please write a letter to the Superintendent of Police. Under section 154 & section 36 of Criminal procedure code, one can write an application to the superintendent of police by post, in case of any cognizable offence. He will then either investigate the case himself or assign another subordinate officer to investigate a case depending on the severity of the case.
