My parents was expired since 13 years. We have two brother and two sister. My younger brother has filed partition case with status quo order. Both brother has cultivate the land. I, m the elder sister of them. How to restrain them doing the Cultivation till the partition suit order passed.

A.Dear Madam,
You cannot restrain from cultivation but you can file an application for appointment of receiver by the Court or ask the other party to deposit the proceeds of crops and give account in respect of income generated from such lands which are under dispute.

A.Dear client,
You can file an injunction suit in a civil court of competent jurisdiction in order to restrain them from cultivation
