Hello sir/ma'am, I don't know about legal service for my issue but I'm trying to get some advice on my specific issue like I've applied for job in one company through online for opening account I paid 500 for security fund as they've said it after that while completing task I've made mistake and didn't get payment so they've hold up my file and give me an option if I want to correct my mistake by backup team of their company and that's charge is 3500 so I take that option and pay them 3500 and they said that after that they'll give me correction file within 30 minutes and get me my payment back with salary within 40 minutes but after 30 minutes they send me mail which says that I've to pay for more 6500 to fill out form for correction but when they offer me back up correction by team they haven't talked about it and now they're asking me to pay 6500 to fill form and threatened me with saying that they'll send lawyer to my house if I don't pay from filling amount. So please advise me on what to do. I'm really in a hurry, and I'm afraid they'll come to my house.
After gathering all the necessary information, you may bring the case to the Cyber Crime Cell, endorsing a copy to the relevant Dist. Magistrate through the public grievance portal, to have your complaint resolved if you are aware of the company's office address and have copies of any correspondence you have had with the company, including through email and WhatsApp.
