Hey i have resigned from my previous company in 2021 and after two years of leaving now they are blaming for fraud. As per my knowledge i have cleared everything but i forgot to take NOC from the company and now they are pressuring me to get back to company and clear all the outstandings. I dont have any sort of evident and proof . Please help.
A.Dear Client,
After two years of the resignation of an employee from a Company, an ex-employee cannot be victimized or call for show cause for any misconduct committed during the period of service. Even in the absence of an NOC from the previous company which is required to be issued from the end of the company on submission of resignation by an employee following the terms of employment, an ex-employee can neither be called on for any explanation to any show cause for a misconduct surfaced after long two years nor, be harassed for a stale issue. Serve a legal notice to your ex-employer and reach out to the Office of the concerned Labour Commissioner for filing a complaint against your ex-employer/Company for harassment and unfair trade practice.

A.Dear client,
Unfortunately, your case is weak if you don't have proof or evidence. You can however file a complaint with the labour commissioner for harassment
