Q.Harassment call by agent
A person regularly calling and refered that representative of phoenix. They are telling a person has given your name and contact for credit card that's due is some amount. Now that person is not touch. Give the person no. While I have called that I am not aware about that person still they continuous calling on my and my office no and harrassing me my colleagues.
Please suggest..

A. ) I completely agree with Sir, Kishan Dutt's advice. Please threaten him that you will lodge a police complaint if he does not stop harassing you. Also, if it does not stop there please do file a police complaint and klodge a GD or FIR whichever required.
