Bank account is freezed

My HDFC salary account is freezed by my bank due to cyber crime complaint.But i haven't done any fraud transactions.They are saying that the complaint was registered from West Bengal and i stay in bangalore. When I contacted them through phone, they are saying investigation is going on. I contacted local police also, but they said they can not do anything on this. Banks are also saying that they can not help anything on this. And also I sent them the mail, but i didn't receive any response from them. I don't the reason and for which of my transaction, my bank account is blocked. Some are saying I need to visit west Bengal cyber branch for this issue to be solved. Is it must that I need to go to West Bengal or can it be solved without going there?
What can I do to solve this issue as early as possible? As it is my salary account, I am facing many practical problems. Please help me..
Your account will be inactive until and unless the investigation into the suspected cybercrime is finished, the final report is submitted, and an order is issued for the blocked account to be opened. This happens when the Bank blocks the operation on any account at the request of the cybercrime cell.
Once the operation on any account is blocked by the Bank following the the order of cyber crime cell, until and unless the investigation into the suspected cyber crime is completed and submitted its final report and issue an order for reopening of blocked account, your account will remain inoperative.
In the prevailing situation, if you are unable to visit WB Cyber cell personally, then you authorise any familiar person if required through a POA to pursue the status of investigation from cyber cell for relief at the earliest. You may contact an Advocate of WB for guidance and steps.
