i want to ask that if someone have child marriage and boys age is 17 and girl age is 19 and she is asking for property half than what to do and both marriage is not in court in village then what do please help me

A.Dear client,
Underage marriage I prohibited under law. So if a marriage is held between the underage parties, that is considered as void from the beginning. Therefore, Bride cannot claim any share in the property of her in-laws.
