A.Dear client,
All co-owners/legal successors of an ancestral property share it equally, and upon division, each legal heir received an equal amount. To transfer ownership of a shared or divided ancestral property, all coowners must agree. When a release deed is executed without the consent of any co-signer, or when it is executed through fraud or undue influence, the co-signer who is entitled to cancellation of the release deed may file a civil lawsuit, requesting a permanent injunction on the subject property to halt/stop the proposed transfer of title to others. Contact an advocate as soon as possible for more information, direction, and next steps.

An ancestral property is equally shared by all the coperceners/legal heirs and on partition all the legal heirs got their share in equal ratio. Transfer of title of the shared/partitioned ancestral property, consent from all the copercener is rquired. When a release deed is made without the consent of any copercener or made by fraud or undue influence, the agreived copercener may file a civil suit for cancellation of said release deed made by fraud or undue influence praying for a permanent injuction on the said property to stall/stop the proposed transfer of title to others.
