A lease plot purchase by my name and my son's name, and built two story building. Now myself and my wife wants my daughter will own my ownership after our death. What to do? Please advice.

A.Dear client
You can transfer only your half in the plot. You must ask the son to transfer his interest if you want to transfer the entire plot
