Love cheating case

My bf is from Chennai and I am from Maharashtra, My bf utilized me physically in the name of love and pretext of marriage and cheated me by giving reason that his family is not ready for marriage and now he is marrying to some other girl. Now he broke up with me. He came to my home last year and talk to my family for marriage but now he is saying no to me. He told to his sister that we mutually breakup and my family is forcing him to shift here, but this thing never happened and when I asked him about all this so, he said simply he told to his sister like that. When I called to his dad, his dad said they dont know anything about me and he called me back and threatened me for police complaint by telling my all past relationship and affairs. After that he didn't call me. My family dont know about our physical relation and I dont want to tell them. What should I do? My health is getting is worst because of this tension.
Please file a complaint under section 375 of IPC. If a woman consents for a sexual act on the premise of false promise to marry, her consent is said to be a consent that is given under misconception as defined under Section 90 IPC and as such it will be considered as sexual act without her consent and shall attract Section 375 IPC
