Online job program EMI issues

I joined a online IT job guarantee programme with their provide NBFC EMI. Due to my financial issues i try to droup middle of programme.they said "NO cancellation policy in our guidelines you agree". EMi party continue calls haressment me pay EMI comple me you have to pay pay pay... here point is I am not getting any benefits or profit sofar. How do I get out all of this.plz tell me.

This is harassment and is contrary to law and illegal.
You have the following legal Remedies available.
Filing a complaint at the police station:
A proper complaint should be filed against the Bank and the recovery office. However, if the police do not file a complaint, the magistrate can be approached.
An injunction suit against the bank and recovery agents:
A civil injunction suit with an ad-interim relief can be filed in the civil court against the bank and recovery organization. It should be possible to guarantee that bank authorities and recovery agents don't visit a person's home to recover the dues.
File an objection with the Reserve Bank of India:
After getting a few public objections against banks and seeing a few cases recorded against the harassing recovery method, the RBI prescribed certain norms for the recovery agents in order to govern the approach towards defaulters. In this manner, if the defaulters feel undermined, they have an option to contact the organization and file a legal complaint.
Defamation suit:
If the debt recovery depends on incorrect data that prompted the deficiency of a person's CIBIL score, they can file a defamation suit against the bank and recovery organization.

If you get a copy of the agreement or offer letter signed by you for getting the IT job, then go through the condition of the said agreement/offer letter that empowers the company to refuse your request for cancellation of a program that guaranteed a job for you on the ground of no cancellation term. If you do not find any such condition in the said agreement/offer letter, then can protest their claim by serving a legal notice to the Company and file a complaint before the Dist. Consumer Commission against the Company for unfair trade practices claiming compensation for harassment. As regards your NBFC loan, it is to inform you that once a loan agreement is executed between you and the lender, it becomes binding upon you to repay the loan and once the EMI against a loan or dues is not repaid for consecutive 3 times by the borrower for any reason whatsoever, it is treated as NPA. Accordingly, NBFC/Bank started the routine process of action prescribed under relevant laws for recovery of debt lying outstanding against the Borrower. You can make a prayer to the NBFC/Bank for some more time to settle the dues by loan restructuring that solely depends upon the discretion of the Bank and cannot be enforceable even through Court but cannot escape yourself from your liability of repayment of your loan for any reason whatsoever. So, try to negotiate the matter with the Bank out of court on suitable terms considering its impact on your CIBIL Record and other legal consequences. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
