A.Dear Client,
If a child's parent is inter-caste that father's lower caste and mother's upper caste or vice versa always the caste of the child belongs to what father's caste only. When a woman gets married her caste change to the husband's caste, similarly the child's caste will be the father's only. So, you being a father, can apply to the competent authority for the issue of the OBC Certificate in respect of your son on the basis of your caste certificate. Reach out to the office of competent Authority, SDM/DM for further clarification in this regard and make an application following the instruction of the concerned authority.

A.Dear client,

the rules and procedures for availing reservations can vary, and it's essential to refer to the official government notifications or the specific admission guidelines issued by the medical colleges or universities to determine if your child is eligible for reservations.

If you have already provided the OBC certificate during the admission process, the authorities should consider your child's eligibility for reservations as per the applicable rules. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the reservation category or your child's eligibility, you should directly contact the admission authorities or relevant government department to seek clarification and ensure that your child's rights are appropriately recognized and implemented.

For personalized and accurate information regarding reservations for MBBS admissions, it is advisable to consult with a qualified legal expert or an education consultant who is familiar with the laws and regulations governing medical admissions in your country or region. They can provide guidance based on your specific circumstances and the prevailing legal provisions.
