Rectification and permanent injenction.

My father bought 1.05 acre land from neighbours plot out of 1.32 acres in 1989. The survey number mistakenly mentioned as 20 instead of 19/1, very much accurate in boundaries clause. Case is prolonging from 2006 to till date. my parents are 67 and 73. Not able to run around for judiacial proceedings. and it is very much geniune. any suggestions from your side to close this case ASAP.
