MY EMPLOYER HAS TERMINATED ME BECAUSE HIS WIFE HAS DOUBT ON US . HE HAS USED ME SEXUALLY AND NOW NOT READY TO KEEP IN OFFICE , HE TERMINATED ME FOR HIS WIFE AND FROM ONE YEAR HE IS SAYING I WILL RE-APPOINT U ,AND NOW HE IS SAYING I CANT APPOINT YOU.
A.Dear client,
When terminating an employee, employers in India must consider certain safeguards to avoid legal pitfalls. First, the employer should have a valid reason for termination that is documented in the employee's file. Second, the employer should give the employee advance notice of the termination and provide an opportunity for the employee to appeal the decision. Finally, the employer should ensure that all severance pay and benefits are paid out in accordance with Indian law.
If you are terminated without a justifiable cause, you are entitled to receive severance pay. The amount of severance pay is typically one month's salary for every year of service, but may be more or less depending on the contract.
