MY EMPLOYER HAS TERMINATED ME BECAUSE HIS WIFE HAS DOUBT ON US . HE HAS USED ME SEXUALLY AND NOW NOT READY TO KEEP IN OFFICE , HE TERMINATED ME FOR HIS WIFE AND FROM ONE YEAR HE IS SAYING I WILL RE-APPOINT U ,AND NOW HE IS SAYING I CANT APPOINT YOU.

A.Dear client,

Finally, the employer should ensure that all severance pay and benefits are paid out in accordance with Indian law.


If you are terminated without a justifiable cause, you are entitled to receive severance pay. The amount of severance pay is typically one month's salary for every year of service, but may be more or less depending on the contract.
