A.Dear client,

You can try reaching out to the university authorities immediately to explain your situation in detail. Provide them with documentation or medical certificates that verify your accident and the subsequent recovery period. This will help them understand the seriousness of your situation and may lead to a more sympathetic consideration of your case.

Secondly, inquire about the university's policies and procedures for handling such situations. Some universities have provisions for granting medical leave or offering special arrangements for students who face medical emergencies during the semester.

If the university does not respond adequately to your request, or if their decision appears unfair, it might be prudent to seek legal advice. An education lawyer can guide you on your rights as a student and help you explore potential legal avenues to address the situation.
However, considering the limited time before your semester exams start on 4th August, it is vital to act swiftly. Contact the university authorities and explain your situation in writing, providing all relevant documents as evidence of your condition. Seek their understanding and request a resolution that allows you to sit for the semester exams.

A.Dear Client,
In case the college rules require a mandatory day of attendance to qualify one to attend the Semester Examination, then, in that case, you need to approach the college authority showing the authentic and exceptional reason behind the absence of regular classes with a prayer for waiving of mandatory attendance required for attending the Semester Examination considering the exceptional reason and adverse effect in career. Now the educational institute is termed as Education Service Provider and the student is treated as a consumer. In case your sincere appeal did not allow by the College, then you may file an application before the Dist. Consumer Protection Council headed by Dist. Magistrate endorsing a copy to Chairperson, National Human Rights Commission for a suitable resolution in the matter.
