I hired a wedding photographer in Feb 2021 where it was promised for
1. Pre-wedding photoshoot
2. Covering Marriage video and photography including wedding album covering 350 pictures

Because of corona the pre-wedding didn't happen.
The while payment was done to photographer for wedding shoot excluding photo album & pre-wedding shoot.
Now after 1.5 Years he is asking for amount of pre-wedding which was not happed and also not proving the photo album untill I give total amount for pre-wedding and photo album. And return he is haresing me for the money.

A.Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, you need to serve a strong legal notice to the photographer with a caution that on receipt of the legal notice, if he does not refrain from harassment asking for the payment against a service which you did not provide and deserve, then the matter may be reported to the Police for necessary action. You being a consumer, can also file an application to protect yourself from such kind of harassment to the Dist. Consumer Protection Council headed by Dist. Magistrate for a permanent resolution in the matter.

A.Dear client,
If you have been subjected to violence as a consequence of mental harassment or feel that your peace has been hampered or bodily injury, a Complaint or an FIR can be registered and a criminal case shall be registered against the photographer followed with sentencing.
