I stayed with my friends family (Husband, Wife & Kid) for 3 weeks, in the mean time her gold chain (Daily ware) was missing from the bedroom. on the same day morning 7:00am I left the house to collect my package from the courier / travel services and returned to home by 10:30am, mean while house maid came to job at 7:00 am and left the home by 8:00 am (Time lines said by my friend) and by 9:00 am my friend and his wife along with kid left the home. Post returning home I got ready to office and left the home by 2:35 pm (apprx.) on the same day by 7:00 pm I got a call from my friend wife stating that the ornament was missing.
Now the police were asking me to report to the local police station along with Adhar card, please suggest me how to go further in this case.
